As a founding member of the UK Plastics Pact, we want to ensure that plastics stay in use and are reused for as long as possible - this supports our commitment of building a circular plastics economy in the UK by 2025.

Our plastics reprocessing facilities are the most sophisticated of their kind in the UK. Our facilities use sorting equipment to separate the different types of plastics, so they can be separately shredded, and any impurities removed. The plastic is melted and extruded into high quality pellet and flake, which we supply to manufacturers for use in packaging, personal care, laundry, and pipe markets, as well as to international “blue chip” customers. By using recycled plastics, manufacturers avoid the need to generate new plastics, which supports support a circular economy.

The Operations, Engineering and Laboratory Quality Control teams work closely together and use their unique skill sets to ensure the optimal performance of our Polymers sites, alongside dedicated support from our Central Services and Function Support teams.
