We have a new opportunity for a Early Careers Manager to join our team, working 37.5 hours per week.

 

This role can be based in any of our Viridor locations, with an opportunity for hybrid working - this will be discussed further at interview.

We are looking for a passionate and forward thinking Early Careers Manager to shape how we attract, develop, and support the next generation of talent. This role is all about building high quality programmes that strengthen our future workforce, close capability gaps, and create meaningful opportunities for people at the start of their careers.

 

You will design and deliver our apprenticeships, graduate schemes, internships, and work experience programmes ensuring every learner has a structured, supportive, and impactful experience. You will partner with leaders across the organisation to understand future skills needs, align early careers pathways to workforce plans, and ensure our programmes reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 

You will also take ownership of our Apprenticeship Levy strategy, ensuring we maximise investment, partner with the right providers, and deliver programmes that genuinely build capability. With strong relationships across universities, colleges, and training partners, you’ll help us build a sustainable pipeline of early talent ready to grow with us.
