We have a new opportunity for a Finance Business Partner (maternity cover) to join our team, based in Scotland, working 37.5 hours per week.

 

The salary for this role will be subject to experience with participation in an annual bonus scheme, and a car allowance, in addition to our great range of benefits. This role will be covering GRREC, Bargeddie and Dunbar, with an opportunity for hybrid working - a minimum of 2 days on site.

As a Finance Business Partner, your purpose is to drive the performance of the designated business area through insightful financial analysis and influencing, challenging and supporting Operations and Commercial colleagues, to ensure the financial integrity and control of the designated business area and compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements for financial reporting and to focus on and promote business growth opportunities within your given remit.  

 

What are we looking for?

  • Good knowledge of management accounting and strong business analysis knowledge. 

  • Use of initiative and confident decision making. Proactive and forward thinking. 

  • A real team player with the ability to influence and motivate others. 

  • IT literate, integrated accounting systems and advanced Microsoft knowledge. 

  • Experience of building effective working relationships with other financial professionals and with non-finance managers / budget holders. 

  • Report writing and analysis and experience of presenting to finance and non-finance colleagues. 

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent. 

  • Degree qualified or equivalent. 

  • Full driving license.
