We have a new opportunity for a Site administrator to join our team, based inTees Valley, working 40hours per week.

 

The salary for this role will be circa £35,000 per year with participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits. This role will be based in Tees Valley, with an opportunity for hybrid working - this will be discussed further at interview.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Tees Valley for a Site Administrator to join our team, working 37.5 hours a week.   

 

Energy Recovery Facilities are vital in supporting the UK’s ambition to reduce waste in an efficient and effective manner, helping to reduce the impact of waste on climate change. After reducing, reusing and recycling as much as possible, our Energy Recovery Facilities (ERFs) provide the infrastructure to efficiently recover energy from residual waste, meaning landfill becomes the last resort.  

 

 

The Site Administrator will provide assistance in delivering and developing a comprehensive Admin and Clerical (A&C) service on a site wide basis, working under the leadership of the Operations Manager to enable the efficient and effective day to day operation of the site facility.  

  

You will provide day to day support on the development and maintenance of site administration; dealing with customer requests, setting up new accounts, dealing with subcontractors, pricing changes, invoicing, query resolution and general administrative tasks  

  

This role also encompasses other general administrative duties such as minute taking, arranging meetings, maintaining stationery supplies and equipment, filing documentation and ordering PPE.  

  

Our ideal Site Administrator will have:  

  

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.  
  • Experience in taking and producing minutes from a variety of meetings.  
  • Accurate and efficient attention to detail.  
  • Self-motivation with the ability to perform a range of tasks and duties to a high standard.  
  • High levels of proven professionalism, numeracy and literacy.  
  • Experience in customer query resolution.  
  • Advanced computer skills and competent with Microsoft packages.  
  • Experience in all aspects of secretarial and clerical duties including producing professional reports
